The apartment is a one bedroom in the heart of Telluride, on the sunny side of town.
It’s available for five months, from December 1st, 2022 through April 30th, 2023. The rent is $2100/mo.
The first, last and a $500 security deposit are due before October 15th (giving me time to find another renter if there’s a problem). Historically I’ve returned the deposit in full in early May if there’re no problems.
The apartment is fully furnished. Maid service is included once a month. There are appliances, sofa, mattress, table, chairs, sheets and towels. All you need are your clothes and a toothbrush.
WiFi, water, sewage are included in the rent. The electric bill ranges from $70 in the summer to around $225 in some winter months. The electricity is in my name, so I’ll let you know what you owe each month.
Here’re some restrictions which may influence your decision:
No pets.
No smoking.
No subletting or AirBnBing.
Only a single person or a couple are permitted.
Here’re a couple more things to consider:
The ceiling in the main room is tall. It looks and feels like a bigger apt. It’s perfect for a single person. It’s about 400sf, so being minimal is key, if you have tons of gear, like bikes, it probably won’t be a good fit.
The bedroom is separate.
There’s no TV. Past renters didn’t mind this. You’re welcome to bring one.
